In the fall of 2015, an
opportunity was presented to “Key to the Kingdom” to expand the
work in India. Through the generosity of a long time friend of the
ministry, initial funds were given to build “HOPE” Care Center. This

A number of
elderly people in India have no place to call “home” or to receive
proper nutrition and care. They live in small houses just big enough for
them to have a place to sit on the floor. A few small single cots are
shared the residents and in the home; and only meager meals are
provided. Some even live in Hindu temples or under shade trees!
addition of “HCC” in Suryapet, 50 “old age” Christians will have a bed,
three meals per day and access to medical and dental care. Up to five
people will share a 300 square foot room with easy access to the feeding
center will also have enough room to keep 15-20 children on a part time
basis. With so many Indians struggling financially, many have little
funds to care for their own children. This new facility will offer
housing and meals for those in need. In addition to that, plans are
being made to distribute up to 400 meals to hungry people in the area
enclosed room on the north end will provide a space for the children to
stay as well as a meeting place for area preachers and church leaders.
Oftentimes, monsoon rains prevent large gatherings from taking place.
The facility will meet many of the Indian’s needs.
We are excited
about reaching out to so many needy Indians through the “HOPE” Care
Center. If you would like to help complete this ministry opportunity,
consider the following:
$1,000 will purchase cookware
for the feeding center.
$ 800 will furnish a room
for 5 elderly people.
$ 500 will provide enough
food to feed 400 people.
$ 125 will feed an elderly
person for one month.
$ 75 will supply a
bed, bedding and necessities for an orphan child.
